And who checks to see if the WSE adheres to any kind of TOS? I'm also guessing that if they expect it to take 5 days, it still won't be done this time next month.

Well, first off...Ouch!
SKY, SLW and PFW GONE!
They said they wanted to know what shareholders thought and BOOM...you're out.
Maybe something happened today?

PFW - You now have to answer to Allen Parks
SKY - a 'dispute' between management and a shareholder...???
"SLWizard (SLW) seriously breached WSE policy and as a result the company has been delisted from the World Stock Exchange." - FARK! (pardon my French), What? There is an SLW forum...and no mention of this...???

...confused.

Any comments from these guys would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Some of these companies are reportedly now traded on other exchanges. As I do not work at the WSE anymore, I do not have any more info.

SKY(Sky Island Estates) will make an announcement next week as i spoke with Paris Druart (CEO) today.
All shareholders will be refunded Anshe Chung ("Third Party" on WSE) not, because she has enough money already *joking*.
(There are personal problems between this two people, fighting officialy what i was reading before).

As a major shareholder of SKY i am confident the we investors not left empty handed, a buy out or move to another stock exchange is possible, too.

Problem is there is already a "SKY" stock over at slcapex (not a good one..THIS stock would be better behind the slcapex ticker symbol LOL;)
SKY invested the IPO money very well, making good business and could make future investors a nice ROI if they would start pay dividends...and stay public...on any sl-exchange..

Hi Loganson,
we didnt delist SLW. After my post about asking to shareholders' ideas about delisting or not and the future of WSE; WSE immediately delisted SLW for breaking policy rules(?!). And hold my WSE account.
We also mentioned about this on SLW forum:

Eclipse Eclipse,

I think it is due to you posting your shareholder's list on a public forum, otherwise I wouldn't know why Luke delisted you.
